Telephone Systems Maintenance

Telephone Systems Maintenance from Technology Box delivers many unique benefits. New system firmware and software is regularly made available for your system by the original manufacturer. These updates add new features to your telephone system as well as fixing bugs. Unlike some maintenance companies, we will advise you about firmware updates as soon as they are available and install them free of charge. We’ll also make any moves or changes to user settings on your behalf without any additional charges.

 

Telephone System Maintenance from Technology Box also includes a number of fixed price services including replacement of telephone system hardware if it fails in the course of normal operation and site visits to carry out repairs that cannot be made remotely or through instructions to onsite staff. We are committed to a maximum response time of 4 – 8 working hours from the notification of a fault but our hotline service means you will always receive an immediate and professional response in the event of a real business emergency. If required, we will also work with your service providers should the fault lie with your telephone line or Internet connection.
