SwyxIt! Software

 

SwyxIT is an excellent application that can dial phone numbers from any windows application. For example you can click a button in your Outlook Address Book or even dial straight from your customer database.  SwyxIT puts a great deal of control in the hands of users. The application keeps you informed of whether your colleagues are talking on the phone or available. It allows you to set up conferences at the click of a button and you have full control of the routing of incoming calls.

 

Swyx is completely future-proof and will not date. The Swyx Update Service license gives you the latest version of Swyx each time it is updated. This means that you continually get new features and the system remains compatible with the latest Microsoft® operating systems and applications. New features and users can be added instantly and remotely and because the system is based on a Windows server, you can choose to administer it in-house using your own IT staff, thus reducing installation and maintenance costs and putting you in complete control of the system.

• You have a single voicemail box. The voicemails left there are stored in your email inbox.
