Swyx is a leading-edge telephone system that runs in a Windows server environment. It’s a VOIP (Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol) system, which can mean significant cost reductions for you. It is highly adaptable and scales up easily to accommodate more users.		The Avaya IP Office offers the best of traditional telephony with a modular design that allows it to be configured to meet the needs of a wide variety of organisations.

We can help you select the right system for your needs – whether it’s a basic system for a few users, or a full communications platform for hundreds.

Telephone Maintenance

Your support calls will always be answered directly by an experienced engineer who will deal with the problem until it’s solved. Usually we can resolve problems remotely but when this is not possible, we will come straight to your site equipped with spares.

If the problem lies with BT or your telecoms supplier, we will contact them on your behalf. We know what questions to ask, and can save you the frustration of dealing with anonymous call centres.

We provide remote and on-site maintenance of Avaya IP office and Swyx telephone systems. We also support Avaya Network Alchemy, the predecessor to IP Office.
