Our customer number one. We’ve supported Kentex since 2006, acting as their fully outsourced IT department throughout every stage of their evolution. Over nearly two decades, we’ve supported multiple office moves, major technology transitions, and the day-to-day needs of a busy M&E contractor trusted across London and the South East.
From the early days of Windows 2000 Server, we’ve helped Kentex modernise step by step, always balancing innovation with reliability. Today, they run a hybrid environment: most systems are cloud-based, while CAD data remains securely on virtualised local servers for performance reasons. When hardware has failed, we’ve restored operations overnight and kept the business running smoothly.
Beyond day-to-day support, we’ve guided Kentex through a major financial and data transformation. We migrated their legacy accounting system to Xero and integrated it into a BigQuery data warehouse that powers real-time internal cost reporting dashboards.
