We’ve worked with Waves Group since 2009, providing complete IT management for their global operations. As a leading marine engineering consultancy serving the shipping, offshore energy, and maritime insurance sectors, their work requires exceptional security and reliability. With staff based across continents and others frequently at sea for extended periods, technology plays a critical role in keeping their teams connected and their projects on track.

Our role covers every aspect of their IT environment, from first-line support and license management to endpoint security, cloud services, and telecoms coordination across their global offices. We manage both Microsoft 365 and Dropbox environments to strike a balance between productivity and the large-scale data storage required for engineering and forensic investigations.

We’ve led Waves Group’s migration from traditional Active Directory to Intune and Microsoft 365, delivering a secure, flexible platform for their distributed workforce. We also built an Azure-based infrastructure for high-performance 3D rendering of shipwrecks and maritime models. With significant financial flows in global shipping and insurance, cybersecurity is a constant priority, and we help maintain resilience and secure remote workflows.
