Cloud Services
Technology Box partners with a diverse range of cloud providers: Adobe, CloudFlare, Darktrace, 8x8, and Zoom, and we can manage these services alongside your software.
Hardware
We partner with Dell, Apple, and Microsoft. We can manage the warranties for the devices we supply. Don't worry if you have a different preferred supplier: we work with any vendor.
Peripheral devices and printer
We’ll support printers, webcams and other peripherals as part of our service.
Mobiles
We will help accessing your cloud services with your Apple and Android mobile phones at no extra cost if we support your PC or Mac. Note: We offer a separate managed mobile device service if you need more security and control over your mobile devices. Let us know if so!

A: We process payments through direct debit, ensuring a hassle-free and straightforward billing process for continuous, uninterrupted support.
Q: Are there any limitations or exclusions to the support provided?
A: We aim to provide comprehensive support for a wide range of IT needs. While specific limitations may apply, we're dedicated to tailoring our services to meet your requirements. Please get in touch with us for more detailed information.
Q: Can you help with our specialist software (e.g. video production CAD)?
Yes. We'll get a checklist from you of what software should be on what machine. In the event of a problem, we'll hand seamlessly to the software provider's support if we can't fix it.
Q: How many devices can you support?
Usually, you have between 5 and 300 devices, but contact us if you have more than this.
