Annual licenses are more cost-effective, saving 20% compared to monthly licenses and are ideal for stable staffing levels.
Monthly licenses offer flexibility for managing temporary staff like freelancers or interns. Auto-Renewal: We engage with you before any auto-renewal deadlines to adjust or terminate licenses as needed, ensuring you continue to pay only for what you require.
Auto-renew: It’s important to note that Annual commitments are locked in for the year and can only be changed during renewal. You have a 7-day grace period at the start of the renewal, in which you can still adjust the number of licenses without penalty. We help make sure this doesn’t get missed.
Legacy Licensing As Microsoft transitions from legacy to auto-renewing licenses, we help you through the updates, ensuring you have the optimal licensing setup without any hassle.

Q: Can I transfer my Microsoft licenses to Technology Box?
A: Absolutely! We can assume management of your Microsoft licenses from another provider. By being granted Global Administrator status, we manage your existing setup until the renewal date, ensuring a seamless transition without double payments.

Q: I already have licenses from Technology Box. Does the Auto-renew affect me?
A: Unless you are not-for-profit, we’ll be in touch soon. Microsoft is moving all of the old licenses which didn’t auto-renew across to their new T&Cs as they expire. We’ll contact you to make sure that you’ve got the right licenses.
Q: How many devices can you support?
Usually, you have between 5 and 300 devices, but contact us if you have more than this.
